We create a judgment-free zone where you feel comfortable working out in the best way for you. Cardio Barre

THURSDAYS 5:15pm

30 minute class


Awesome blend of barre and ballet style cardio. Focus on hips, lateral movement, and posture, elements often missing in traditional classes


Appropriate for beginners/ all levels

Please have light weights, mat, and a band if possible

Salsa Strength

TUESDAYS 4:30pm

30 minute class


Learn some basic Latin dance patterns - salsa, merengue, cha-cha -  along with some upper body strength. End with quick core and stretch.

Abbreviated full body workout, with a few dance breaks - swing? salsa? samba? for Cardio and FUN!


Helpful to know some strength training movements, but open to all. Ideally, light and heavier dumbbells are helpful. But come with whatever you have!
