We create an environment that makes you feel successful. We are here to assist you with achieving your goals.

Pricing for Personal Training Sessions


Initial Consultation - 1+ hour/ initial program design - $99

45 minute sessions (recommended) - $67

30 minute sessions (great for follow up appointments) - $44

60 minute sessions - $90

Due to the short commute ;-), we are able to offer virtual services at a fraction of the cost of face to face appointments.


We are now offering in home training to vaccinated clients in the Bridgewater area. Because of the commuting time involved, we only offer 1 hour in home appointments. Until September 2022, we will offer in home training at virtual training rates, so take advantage NOW!

Working out in your home can be extremely beneficial by creating that judgment-free environment you’ve been searching for. And you can't beat the commute! Whether you're squeezing in a workout between meetings, exercising while the baby naps, or including your teenagers in your workouts after school, we can help. No matter your age, weight, or experience level, we will tailor a fitness plan to meet your workout needs.

In-Home Options

At Upbeat Dance and Fitness, we offer a variety of in-home workout options. Most clients choose to work on strength training during their 1 on 1 meetings, but we  can incorporate elements of the following into your session:

  • Boot Camp Style
  • Barre - no barre necessary
  • Dance Fitness - Learn tango, salsa, swing
  • Strength Training
  • Kickboxing - with boxing gloves/ pads F2F
  • Pilates/ Core
